Domestic Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days - $5.99 or free on orders over $50.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $12.99.
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days - $24.99.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping

International orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination, but generally, international shipping takes 7-21 business days.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Neutron Sports and Outdoor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. If your order is affected by such restrictions, we will contact you with alternative options.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Damages
NeutronSports and Outdoor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
