Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g., toothpaste, shampoo) that have been opened

Return Process

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your items.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the return package to the address provided in the return authorization instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. Processing returns may take up to 5-7 business days from the date we receive your return.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will be issued for items that meet the return criteria and are received within the 30-day return window.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
